ZPanel/sentora is one of the open source control panel for Linux servers. Nowadays, many users are using this control panel. There are many hosting provider who is using zpanel as a control panel for vps users. 

Did you ever face below error ?

“Critical Error: [0100] – Unable to connect or authenticate to the ZPanel database (zpanel_core)”

Reason: 

   1. Database server is not running.
   2. Server Disk space Issue
   3. MySQL root password Changed.

Resolution:

  1. Login to your server by using SSH and check database service status.
  2. Make sure that you have free disk space on your server.
  3. If you have changed mysql root password, so it will not work. In this case you need to update new mysql root password under /etc/zpanel/panel/cnf in db.php page.
